Terms & Conditions for Participation in Market Research:
1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in market research activities conducted by Hybrid UX Research ("the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By participating in our research surveys and potential subsequent interviews, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility for Participation
Participants must be at least 18 years of age or older and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. Participants must fully complete the initial survey to be considered for subsequent qualitative interviews.
3. Participation Process
Interested participants will initially respond to a brief survey accessed via our advertisements on LinkedIn, Reddit, or other platforms. Based on survey responses, selected participants will be invited to partake in a 1-hour interview conducted online via Zoom. Only those who complete the full interview will receive compensation in the form of a $100 USD digital gift card to Amazon.com.
4. Compensation
Compensation is contingent upon completion of the full 1-hour interview.
Participants who do not attend the scheduled interview or fail to complete the interview will not receive compensation. Compensation will be issued immediately following the completion of the interview.
5. Confidentiality and Use of Information
All personal information collected during the survey and interview process will be used solely for research purposes and will not be shared publicly. Information may be shared with the client on whose behalf the research is conducted, under strict confidentiality terms. No personal information will be sold or shared with third parties not directly involved in the research process.
6. Rights and Responsibilities
Participants have the right to withdraw from the research process at any stage. However, compensation is only available to those who complete all required steps. Participants are expected to provide accurate and truthful information during the survey and interview processes.
7. Limitations of Liability
The Company will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your participation in the research, except where prohibited by law. The Company is not responsible for technical failures or operational interruptions that may affect the completion of the survey or interview.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised document on the survey page. Continued participation in the research after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
